Tihar celebration experience

                  Tihar Experience
Tihar is the second biggest Nepalese festival after Dashain. It is considered to be of great importance as it shows a contribution to not just the humans and the gods, but also to the animals like crows, cows, and dogs that maintain an intimate relationship with humans. People make patterns on the floor of living rooms or courtyards using materials such as colored rice, dry flour, colored sand or flower petals outside their house, called Rangoli, which is meant to be a sacred welcoming area for the Gods and Goddesses of Hinduism mainly Goddess Laxmi.
As we know this is a festival of lights.I enjoyed playing with friends in dark night playing deusi bailo.I played with crackers.my house was full of colors and flowers and also of lights everywhere.and in vai tika..I put tika with my sisters and take blessing with them.I ate sweets and many more.
And this is all what I have done on tihar . I enjoyed a lot.
Thank you.......

Constittion

         Constittion

The Nepal Law Commission  was first constituted by an executive decision in 1953, immediately after the dawn of multiparty democracy. The second, third, fourth and fifth Commissions were constituted in 1960, 1963, 1972 and 1979 respectively. All those Commissions were temporary in nature. The  was given permanent status only in 1984. After the restoration of multiparty democracy in 1990, the  was restructured with the mandate commensurate to the changed context. It was again restructured in 2003 with timely changes in its mandate and composition. Now, the Commission is a statutory body under the Nepal Law Commission Act, 2007, which was promulgated on 14th January, 2007. It is to note that until then it used to be constituted by the executive decision.

father day

fathers day

Father's Day was inaugurated in the United States in the early 20th century to complement  in celebrating fathers, fathering, and fatherhood.

Father's Day was founded in Spokane, Washington at the YMCA in 1910 by Sonora Smart Dodd, who was born in Arkansas.[4] Its first celebration was in the Spokane YMCA on June 19, 1910.[4][5] Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, was a single parent who raised his six children there.[4] After hearing a sermon about Jarvis' Mother's Day at Central Methodist Episcopal Church in 1909, she told her pastor that fathers should have a similar holiday honoring them.[4][6] Although she initially suggested June 5, her father's birthday, the pastors did not have enough time to prepare their sermons, and the celebration was deferred to the third Sunday of June.[7][8]

Teej

Teej

Teej is a generic name for a number of Hindu festivals that are celebrated by women mainly in Nepal and some parts of India. Hartalika Teej welcomes the monsoon season and is celebrated primarily by girls and women, with songs, dancing and prayer rituals.[2] The monsoon festivals of Teej are primarily dedicated to Goddess Parvati and her union with L.[2]Haryali Teej is one of the famous festivals of Haryana, and is celebrated as an official holiday. Many functions are organised by the Government of Haryana to celebrate this festival, which welcomes the rainy season. Boys traditionally flew kitesfrom morning to evening, though this tradition is losing its charm in big cities due to high rise buildings and lack of terrace space.

Swings are set up in open courtyards, under trees for the season. Girls apply hennato their hands and feet and are excused from household chores on this day. On Teej, girls often receive new clothes from their parents
